Wisdem will provide a full refund for services cancelled before service is rendered. Wisdem asks that as a courtesy, customers provide 24 hours' notice before cancelling a scheduled appointment. If there is an interruption in a booked service, and you do not prefer for Wisdem to complete the service, Wisdem will provide a refund commensurate with the remaining incomplete service, or a credit for additional Wisdem service. Upon Wisdem's receipt of your refund request, please allow at least 2 business days for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company or bank.
Wisdem will NOT provide a refund for services already rendered in full.
